The goods will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout within 3 days of the purchase. Anna Fonoll Ceràmica shipments have tracking numbers. I have no control over delays, customs or import taxes, of these I decline any responsibility. When I ship I go to great extra expense and effort to ship all products including customs documentation and custom duties pre-paid so the package should arrive at the customer’s doorstep with no payments due. I do not guarantee this, but that’s my goal and so far it’s been working out that way. If it doesn’t work out for you please let me know so I can correct it for the next time.
